We provide professional stretched ceilings installation, design consultation, and related services through our skilled team across England.
2. Service Scope and Realistic Outcomes
Our services include ceiling installation, design planning, lighting integration, and aftercare maintenance. We focus on providing quality work that meets industry standards for safety and appearance.
While we provide professional installation services, final results can be influenced by existing ceiling conditions, room proportions, and architectural features. We use appropriate techniques and quality materials to achieve the best possible outcome based on your space.
3. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure successful project outcomes, customers agree to:
- Provide accurate room measurements and access information
- Clear the work area of furniture and personal items
- Ensure safe access to electrical connections and utilities
- Disclose any known structural issues or damp problems
- Make decisions on design options in a timely manner

4. Site Assessment and Recommendations

We reserve the right to decline installation in properties with significant structural issues or unsafe working conditions until necessary repairs are completed.
5. Quotations and Project Confirmation
Quotations are provided based on the initial site assessment and are valid for 30 days. Project confirmation requires written acceptance of the quotation and any applicable deposit payment. Installation scheduling begins once projects are confirmed and required payments are received.
Significant changes to project specifications after confirmation may affect pricing and completion timelines, which will be communicated and agreed before proceeding.
6. Design Approval Process
For custom designs or complex projects, we provide visualisations or samples for approval before installation. Design approval authorises us to proceed with material ordering and installation to the agreed specification.
Requests for significant changes after design approval may incur additional charges and affect project timelines.
7. Payment Terms
Payment terms vary by project size, typically requiring a deposit upon booking with balance due upon completion. Deposits of 30-50% may be required for material ordering, with the remaining balance payable after installation and your satisfaction.
Late payments may affect warranty coverage and future service scheduling. We reserve the right to suspend work until outstanding payments are received.
8. Installation Timelines
Installation timelines are estimates based on current workload, material availability, and project complexity. We provide realistic timeline estimates during quotation but cannot guarantee exact completion dates due to potential installation variables.
Expedited installation may be available for urgent projects at additional cost, subject to team availability.
9. Quality Standards and Workmanship
We perform installations to industry quality standards with attention to precision fitting, material handling, and finish quality. All work is guaranteed against installation defects for 5 years from completion date.
Quality concerns should be reported within 14 days of installation completion. We will address legitimate workmanship issues through repair or adjustment at no additional cost.
10. Materials and Components
We use quality materials from reputable suppliers to ensure durability and appearance retention. Material warranties are provided by manufacturers and vary by product type, typically ranging from 10-15 years.
We cannot guarantee materials sourced from outside our approved supplier network and may decline installation of non-standard components.
11. Cancellation and Changes
Projects may be cancelled without charge with 7 days notice before scheduled installation. Later cancellations may incur charges for allocated installation time and ordered materials. Once materials have been custom-ordered or installation has commenced, cancellation may not be possible, and costs incurred will be charged.
Project changes after installation has begun may incur additional fees and affect completion timelines.
12. Access and Working Conditions
Customers must provide safe and unobstructed access to the work area during agreed installation times. We require adequate ventilation, lighting, and electrical access for our equipment during installation.
Additional charges may apply if our team cannot proceed due to unprepared sites or unsafe working conditions.
13. Liability Limitations
Our liability for services is limited to the cost of the work performed. We cannot accept responsibility for pre-existing conditions, unrelated issues that become apparent after installation, or problems arising from improper maintenance.
We maintain appropriate liability insurance and follow industry best practices in our installation procedures.
14. Terms Modification
We reserve the right to update these terms periodically to reflect changes in our services, UK regulations, or industry practices. The current terms are always available on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
